MAP03: Paranoia is the third map of Hell Ground. It was designed by Alexander S. (Eternal) and uses the music track "Centipede Battle" from American McGee's Alice.

Walkthrough[edit]
Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Secrets[edit]
- At the eastern area, take the steps and use the skull switch, then drop off to the south for a lift to lower. Go back to the steps and enter the teleporter before it closes to teleport to a backpack. (sector 177)
- At the northern area with the columns, find the southwesternmost column and use the left side of the column to trigger a switch. Quickly run to the southeast part of the room to find a soul sphere. (sector 197)
- Use the terminal to the north of the blue key to find a megaarmor. (sector 245)
- Once you get the yellow key, return to the room west of the starting point (use the southeast switch to open the door) and use the switch to remove the bars. Cross to the west where the switch is, then go behind the switch and use this switch. Go north and take the steps to the berserk pack. (sector 306)
