MAP03: Phobos Overdrive is the third map of Doom 2 Reloaded. It was designed by Andy Stewart (eschdoom). The par time is 7:15.

Essentials[edit]
Take the shotgun then go through either doorway in front of you to enter a large T-junction. Take the west path and follow the corridor past some zombies to a door that leads to a large yard; in the center of the yard are two columns that open to reveal (depending on skill level) a revenant, two Hell knights or two barons of Hell. Open the northern column and collect a radiation shielding suit, then press the button inside the column to open a tunnel in the nukage trench at the north-east end, which contains spectres on Ultra-Violence (UV) and Nightmare (NM). Follow the tunnel north until you reach some steps, climb out and follow the hallway to some bars, then shoot the switch visible behind the bars to open them and access a lift. Flip a second switch next to the lift to lower it, kill a waiting knight on UV and NM then ride the lift up and go round the corner to a door.
Go through the door to find yourself on the walkway surrounding the starting point, where some imps and zombies have appeared. Open the northern door and kill more monsters waiting behind it, including revenants on UV and NM, then go through another door at the north end to enter the mess hall; the blue keycard is in a sink at the east end of the room, but it will disappear when you approach it. Return to the walkway and go through the now-open eastern door, push past a knight/baron to reach another T-junction then take the north path and open a small door at the end to enter a large room with one or two mancubi. Flip the switches on the north walls to open the nukage tunnels on either side, then enter either tunnel and follow it round to the north end to find a switch guarded by a demon, which will lower the nukagefall in the previous room and reveal the blue key inside.
Go back to the T-junction and open the blue door at the south fork, then follow the hallway back to the starting area before retracing your steps to the outdoor yard. Lower the lift by the south-east building to access another blue door and open it to find the yellow keycard, which you can use to open the large doors at the west end of the yard; to get there, you must fight your way through a crowd of monsters that teleport in, including an arch-vile on UV and NM. After going through the doors, follow the corridor behind the doors to an exit door, open it and step on the lift in front of you to end the level.

Secrets[edit]
- Go down the west hall at the start until you reach the barrel, then open the nearby wall with the electricity symbol on it to find a passage leading to a medikit, a rocket launcher and eight boxes of rockets. (sector 181)
- Going north along the nukage canal, just before the end will be a dark passageway going west. Follow this passage to a secret area containing two stimpacks, a box of bullets, a box of shotgun shells, three boxes of rockets and a partial invisibility. (sector 354)
- In the blue-floored hall before the mess hall, open the north-west door and open the indented wall in the next room for a backpack and some health bonuses. (sector 405)
- Pass through the door directly east of the starting point, then run into the south area of the next hall and pass through the vent at the east end before it closes to find a megasphere. (sector 299)
- In the area where the blue keycard is located, press on the terminal to the south to open the compartment at the north end containing a radiation suit. (sector 346)
