MAP03: Processing is the third map of Vile Flesh. It was designed by Gwyn Williams, who also composed the level's untitled music track.

Other points of interest[edit]


  1. In the blue key room, flip the northeast switch to open the southwest door, then quickly enter before it closes. From there, head west, then north until you reach the second light. Press on the wall to the left, which lacks a light, to find a backpack (on Hurt Me Plenty or higher) or a rocket launcher (on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower). (sector 96)
  2. In the room north of the red key room, you can press on a wall to the left of the big silver terminal for a secret passage, which will lead to a rocket launcher (Hey, Not Too Rough or lower), a box of shotgun shells (Hurt Me Plenty or lower), and a switch for Secret #3. (sector 194)
  3. The switch mentioned in the previous secret reveals a megasphere near the entrance to Secret #2. Quickly run back and take it before it closes. (sector 198)
