MAP03: Tekno1000 is the third map of Claustrophobia 1024 2. It was designed by Joonas Äijälä (Jodwin) and uses a rock remix MIDI rendition of the Stage 3 theme from Double Dragon, sequenced by Arthur Prawitt, as its music track.

Walkthrough[edit]

Essentials[edit]

Go straight forward to a junction and look south-west to see a doorway with a zombieman, then go through it to collect a chainsaw - approaching it will open some closets behind you containing imps. Open the door to the north to find two zombiemen guarding a button, press it to lower some bars blocking a lift in the yard below then go back to the junction and open the west door to get outside. Kill any waiting zombies then drop down to the lawn below and enter the north building to find the yellow keycard. Taking the key triggers an ambush by shotgun guys and imps that teleport in.

Climb the stairs on the east side of the room and open the door at the top to get back outside, then return to the starting point and open the locked door here to find the red keycard - watch out for the imp hiding behind the door, and for one or two demons that appear behind you when you pick up the key. Now go into the larger room north of the starting point and open the silver panel in the north-east corner to reveal a switch, which will lower the blue column behind you and reveal imps along with the blue keycard. Use the blue key to open either of the doors in this room, then push past some imps to reach a button that will open the exit door north of the junction. Kill the imps that teleport to the blue key room, then go through the exit door to kill a chaingunner (or Hell knight on Hurt Me Plenty skill level or higher) before turning right to see some demons guarding the exit button.

Other points of interest[edit]

Taking the chainsaw in the south-west corner of the map opens some closets containing imps. The south-east closet holds a shotgun.

Secrets[edit]

  1. In the outdoor area with the crates, go behind the north-west crate to find a box of shotgun shells. (sector 272)
  2. In the room with the button that lowers the bars allowing you access to the aforementioned crates, press on the computer screen and you will hear a teleporter sound. Now go to the yellow key room and climb up the stairs, then run west to land on the small crates by the doorway where you can enter a recess with a berserk pack. (sector 275)
