MAP03: Waterworks is the third map of Good Morning Phobos. It was designed by Hoodie and sincity2100, and uses the music track "".

Secrets[edit]
- The room at the northeast end contains a soul sphere on a block. To get it, enter Secret #2 and flip the switch, then go into the room to the west with health bonuses. This area has a plasma gun, energy cells, and a switch, which will lower the soul sphere block. (sector 11)
- In the room with three monitors south of the soul sphere room, press on the east wall between two monitors to find a switch. (sector 35)
- Open the wall to the left of the exit switch to find a teleporter leading back to the starting point. (sector 118) This secret was removed in the version 2 release.
- Head east of the soul sphere room and into the room with the chaingun, then use the east wall to get an energy cell pack and a box of ammo. (sector 156)
- On the balcony above the red key area, head to the northwest side. Press on a wall to the right of the blue torch to find a megaarmor. (sector 162)
- In the room past the yellow door, get to the switch and open the blue wall to find a computer area map. (sector 258)
- At the westernmost area of the map, press the switch to open the north and south walls, then go north. At the corner, shoot the eye switch to the southeast, then head back and west to get a super shotgun. (sector 266)
