MAP04: Baphometic Butt Cramp is the fourth map of DBP16: Cyb's Freaky Colonoscopy. It was designed by Walter Confalonieri (daimon) and uses the music track "CHRIS3.mid" by Christopher Wilkins.

Secrets

1. At the northwest end, head to the east steps, then enter the blood and get the soul sphere at the south end. (sector 153)
2. At the east end, in the north hall, are three alcoves. Use the middle one with a bloodfall behind it which will open a big wall in the hall leading to an invulnerability. (sector 166)
