MAP04: City of Dis is the fourth map of Zen Dynamics. It was designed by Xaser Acheron and uses the music track "4th Dimension" by Harri Blom (Rage). The par time defined in MAPINFO is 30 seconds.

Secrets[edit]

  1. When you drop to the red floor below, press the southwest switch to reveal a door to the east, leading to a machete. (sector 1782)
  2. A very thin section of the altar where Secret #1 is counts as a secret. However, it is not possible to trigger. (sector 1792)
  3. In the southernmost building, you can see a soul sphere and a plasmatic fusion cell on pillars in the northeast hallway. Shoot the switch here as well, then head to the southeastern part and head to the northernmost column in the water here to another switch, which opens the way into the water area. (sector 278)
  4. Press the switch in Secret #3, then leave and head to the northwestern room in the same building. Get on the eastern lift and ride it up, then press the switch to the north to lower the bars back into Secret #3. Doing this lowers the pillar with the soul sphere. (sector 282)
  5. To get this secret, you need to get the soul sphere in Secret #4 as well as the red key. After you do that, head to the steps at the southern end of the southern building and open the red door to find a high-explosive 20mm grenade, armor bonuses, a radiation suit, partial invisibility, ZEN-Roids Performance Enhancers, a scorcher charge, and a pentagram you can step on.   6. Make sure to step on the pentagram in Secret #5, then, when you get to the exit corridor, take the steps closest to the exit to a floating skull rock. There, drop into the northern hole and step on a pentagram. Run south through the exit corridor and step on another pentagram, then take the steps up and head east to a room with dead bodies and a megasphere. (sector 1771)
  7. In Secret #6, head to the eastern door with the force field and press it, which will open another door across from it. This door is in the room northeast of the yellow door and leads to the secret exit. (sector 1650)

Bugs[edit]

Two lost souls (Things 18 and 19) and a tortured soul (20) have no flags set for any of the three difficulty classes, so they do not actually appear in the level.
