MAP04: Fallout Shelter is the fourth map of Bloodstain. It was designed by Pavel Tvrzník (Pipicz) and uses the music track "Battle Strategy," originally composed by James Paddock (Jimmy) for Plutonia 2.

Secrets[edit]

  1. In the hall to the south, press on the wall that is lighter in color than the rest to find a room with a backpack and two medikits. (sector 77)
  2. In Secret #1, there is a switch on the right computer terminal, which reveals a megaarmor and a passage back. (sector 81)
  3. In Secret #4, drop into the hole north to find a soul sphere and a teleporter back. (sector 165)
  4. At the nukage room to the north, drop into the nukage on the right side and walk through the nukage fall to find rockets and a rocket launcher. (sector 188)
