MAP04: In the Pits is the fourth map of Not Even Remotely Fair. It was designed by Peter Lawrence (MegaSphere) and uses the music track "In the Pits," composed by MegaSphere. The par time is 1:45.

Secrets[edit]
- At the dropoff to the red key area, jump southwest from the door to a ledge with health bonuses, an ammo clip, and a chaingun. (sector 68)
- Shoot the switch south of the starting point, then head west from there to a zigzag path. Take the teleporter to get a rocket launcher and medikits. (sector 143)
- At the east side, enter the blood to the south and go to the switch. Use the backside switch to open the back room which has a soul sphere and a berserk pack. (sector 163)
- At the south end, use a metal wall where the candle is and use the switch there. Return to the starting room and enter the teleporter to the west and you will get health bonuses, boxes of rockets, and a switch. (sector 187)
- Use the switch in Secret #4 and head back to the area north of it. Climb the steps, open the door, and get the chainsaw. (sector 227)
