MAP04: Loathesome Mortuary (titled "The Mortuary" on the automap) is the fourth map of 200 Line Massacre: The Slaughtering. It was designed by NinjaDelphox and uses the music track "Nyctophobia" by Sam Woodman (Metabolist). The par time defined in the DEHACKED lump is 30 seconds.

1. In the east hall, where the mancubus is, use the shelf with the candle to the east to get a soul sphere. (sector 27)
