MAP04: Remnants is the fourth map of Uprising. It was designed by Cheesewheel and uses the music track "Pluvious," originally composed by Brendan Bradley (Bucket) for the Plutonia MIDI Pack.

Secrets[edit]
- In the hedge maze area, a soul sphere is on a block at the southwest end. Use the switch on the west side of that block to get it. (sector 77)
- Open the blue door and walk through the fire to the lift. Ride it up to get a soul sphere. (sector 126)
