MAP04: Star City is the fourth map of Pleiades. It was designed by Roger Ritenour and uses a MIDI rendition of "Symphony No. 41 in C major - I. Allegro vivace," by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart as its soundtrack.

Secrets[edit]
- When you teleport to the level proper, head out and through the planks to the south. This open area contains health bonuses, shotgun shells, and an ammo clip. (sector 193)
- Head north from Secret #1, but hug the east wall as you do. Go through the planks and lower a wall to get health bonuses and a box of shotgun shells. (sector 694)
- Head northwest from there and in the open area you come to, press on the slate from the north side to lower it, allowing you to get the BFG9000. (sector 697)
- Head west to the city proper, but when you do, head back to the area where you entered this place as demons and spectres will run in from here. Enter the southeasternmost compartment to find a health bonus and a box of shotgun shells. (sector 203)
- Enter the meat store and enter the back room, Squeeze through the bodies at the right side and open a misaligned wall. You can get a soul sphere at the end of the passage. (sector 302)
- Swim down and west from the cavern past the red door (the yellow key will be here on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower) and into the tunnel. You can swim up midway through the tunnel, so do so and head south to get health bonuses and energy cells. (sector 764)
- In the yellow key room (assuming you are playing on Hurt Me Plenty or higher, otherwise the yellow key will be in the cavern beforehand), press on a west-facing wall south from where the key is to find a hidden room with a megasphere. (sector 330)
- In Secret #7, press on the southwest corner and take the lift at the end of the corridor to find health bonuses. (sector 382)
- Open the yellow door at the southwest end of the city, then in the office you enter, go to the southwest corner. Open the wall there and follow the corridor until you find armor bonuses and a medikit. (sector 691)
