MAP04: Swamp is the fourth map of Plutonia 3: Going to Surface. It was designed by Sergey Burow (SilverMiner) and uses "CityWoman Choir" by Paul Corfiatis from 2002 A Doom Odyssey as its music track. The par time defined in MAPINFO is 2:00.

Secrets[edit]
- Head east of the start to the crates, and shoot the ash wall at the north end for this secret. (sector 330)
- Head west on the water at the start and down. The cave you find has ammo and a medikit. (sector 162)
- Head up the steps in Secret #2 to find boxes of rockets and a backpack. (sector 61)
- At the start, head to the northeast side of the ledge on your side of the bridge and jump northeast to the blocks. Climb them and head into the cave to get medikits and a rocket launcher. (sector 57)
- In the green hall at the east end, head south and west into the area that lowers. Open the southwest wall to find a berserk pack and a switch. (sector 51)
- At the central cave with the building, climb the steps to the building for this secret. (sector 87)
- Go north of the building mentioned above to get a super shotgun and energy cell packs. (sector 332)
