MAP04: The Catacombs is the fourth map of Remain 3. It was designed by Alexander S. (Eternal) and uses the music track "Hell" by Jeremy Doyle, from Icarus: Alien Vanguard.

Secrets[edit]
- In the room north of the red key with radiation suits, lower the southwestern wall to find a hidden switch that opens the northeastern corner. Behind it you will find a super shotgun, health bonuses, shotgun shells, a green armor, an ammo clip, and a berserk pack. (sector 20)
- Open the red door and the door after it, then lower the lift. Press on the southeastern corner while the lift is down to enter a new room. Shoot the eastern wall near the candle to find a soul sphere. (sector 56)
- Open the yellow door near the switch with bars around it, then press on the southeastern wall with the carcass in front of it. Follow the corridor and press on the next wall, then the one after it, to find a computer area map, another soul sphere, a rocket launcher, a box of shotgun shells, and a box of ammo. (sector 64)
