MAP04: The Corruption is the fourth map of Attack on IO. It was designed by Brian Irving (Bri) and uses the music track "Briefing" by Dan Wentz from Descent II. The par time defined in MAPINFO is 8:20.

Secrets[edit]

  1. In the BFG9000 room, head to the west side of the southwest column and use the button to open the west corridor, with an energy cell pack (Ultra-Violence or higher only) and a megasphere. (sector 152)
  2. Get the yellow key and look northwest. Shoot the red button to turn it green, then head west and north to a new room with a green armor, a medikit, and boxes of rockets. (sector 1180)
  3. At the north section of the east area where the switch is, fall to the south to teleport to the central pillar with energy cells, a plasma gun, and stimpacks. (sector 1604)
  4. At the east end of the east area, head north from the pentagram, then west and jump south to a megaarmor and a box of ammo. (sector 1791)
