MAP04: The Gravity of the Situation is the fourth map of DBK02: The DBK Holiday Special. It was designed by Zedonk and uses music tracks "Into the Furnace" by James Paddock (Jimmy) and "Last Christmas" by Wham!

Secrets[edit]
- In the blue key area, look at the orange wall to the east and shoot a target behind the translucent part. This opens an area to the northwest, which leads to fire cells and a BFG9000. (sector 125)
- In the area with crates, lower a red present at the southwest end and use the switch. Quickly run east and to a lowered present, using the switch there. Quickly run northwest, then south to a box of ammo. Shoot the target here and head out, then north to a fire cell pack and a DBK action figure. (sector 217)
- At the south walkways, go behind the two Christmas trees and use the handprint switches there to reveal a megasphere nearby. (thing 132)
