Just after the level begins, turn right and go north to the small structure with a UAC sign. Climb on the leftmost ledge by jumping while walking into it. Keep doing it until you reach the roof. Go around a tree, turn right, jump on a floor between two structures, and keep going forward. Grab the datapad near the corpse of the dead marine with a blue flower nearby. You have recovered log entry 4/7, it can be viewed by activating the console.
