MAP05: Arrogance and Contempt is the fifth map of 2048 Units of /vr/. It was designed by EnragedEggplant and uses the MIDI rendition of "SA-X Appears" by Minako Hamano, from Metroid Fusion (sequenced by Tsu Ryu and Takeuchi Yuka), as its music track.

  1. In the room at the north end, climb to the top and jump south through the stained glass to get a soul sphere. (sector 152)
  2. In the room at the south end, climb the steps, then look west and shoot the skull. This lowers the magnetic plasma accelerator rifle. (sector 307)
