MAP05: Edgewalk is the fifth map of Grid 32. It was designed by Eugene Guschin (Wraith777) and uses the music track "In the Dark" by Robert Prince, from Doom II OST.

Other points of interest[edit]


  1. In the first nukage pit where you go across the platforms, fall and go to the southeast corner. Find a switch here and flip it, then return and enter the southwest corner. Open the door to the east to find a chainsaw and a teleporter back. (sector 124)
  2. After lowering the plus-shaped floor past the first nukage pit, jump to the terminal to the south and use it to find rockets and a box of rockets. (sector 193)
  3. In the L-shaped hall past that plus-shaped floor, head to the west side. Before the corridor, flip the switch nearest to the corridor and head back to the south end of the hall to find a passage leading to a small ledge with a green armor. (sector 106)
  4. In the central area, fall into the nukage and head to the southeast side behind the southeast building. Head inside the southeast building here and head north and west, taking the lift up. At the end, flip the switch and jump northwest to the middle to get the berserk pack. (sector 24)
  5. In the southeast part of the map, head into the nukage at the south end. Enter the small corridor and take a lift up to get a medikit and an energy cell pack. (sector 64)
  6. In the southeast part of the map, head into the nukage at the south end. Head northeast and find the teleporter in this small maze to teleport to the easternmost room. Head to the northeast and use the switch to lower a pillar with a soul sphere. (sector 142)
  7. In the southeast part of the map, head into the nukage at the west end. Enter through the east corridor and get on a lift, but do not take it up. Head into the left alcove with a spectre and a medikit, then another lift to the right will lower. Take that one up to get a computer area map. (sector 96)
  8. In the southwest building of the central area, head to the northern ledge and as it is lowering, when the first barrier lowers, open the wall where it was and use the switch to find armor bonuses and ammo. (sector 425)
  9. At the west end, in the area to the north with two crushers, head to the middle platform and run west through the slimefall. Head northwest, then east to find a backpack. (sector 462)
  10. At the exit door, open the right wall with slime to find health bonuses, an energy cell, and a box of rockets. (sector 206)
