MAP05: Navigation Facility (or "Gate: Navigation Facility" on the intermission screen) is the fifth map of The Chaos Project. It was designed by Jonathan Campbell, who also composed its untitled music track.

Secrets[edit]
- Open the blue door and head through, but backtrack to the big room and head east, taking the north path to a room with rockets and a soul sphere. (sector 32)
- Enter the pond in Secret #1 to open a passage to the north. (sector 69)
- Past the passage in Secret #2, open the wall to the west with the lightning symbol. You will need the radiation suit from this area before entering the long nukage corridor. At the end of the corridor is a rocket launcher and boxes of rockets. (sector 81)
