MAP05: Rainbow Tylenol is the fifth map of Spectrum Descent. It was designed by Korp, who also composed its music track "a sheep for a goat". The par time defined in UMAPINFO is 6:02.

- After the teleporter at the east side opens up, go into it, then fall to the south to get a backpack. (sector 359)
- At the red and green door at the south end, go behind the pillar and use the switch here. Head north and southeast to get a plasma gun (BFG9000 on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower) and two energy cell packs (one on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower). (sector 542)
