MAP05: Spaghetti Complex is the fifth map of Pagodia. It was designed by T.WILL and uses the music track "Tuned In," originally composed by MovieMovies1 for POWER! SC-55.

- After you kill all of the green cyberdemons, go to the yellow door and southeast of it, you can get a backpack. (sector 157)
- At the southeast part, look at the vending machine and shoot the green wall near it to lower the wall, letting you get a berserk pack if you use the vending machine. (sector 219)
