MAP05: The Witch House is the fifth map of Dimension of the Boomed. It was designed by Stephen Wadsworth (Urthar) and uses a MIDI rendition of "Retribution Dawns" from Doom (PlayStation), sequenced by silentzorah, as its music track. The par time is 7:45.

- From the start, go immediately south through the portal behind you, then go forwards into it again to teleport to a BFG9000 or a megaarmor depending on your skill level. (sector 1372)
- Enter the door north of the silver key, then head southwest on a thin ledge, all the way to a soul sphere. (sector 1361)
