MAP05: Underdark Upper Mines is the fifth map of Cheogsh 2. It was designed by Shadowman and Guest, and uses the music track "".

Secrets[edit]
- In the T-shaped hall, press the switch at the south end, then head east and open the north door. Lower the west wall to get a megaarmor. (sector 2185)
- Come into the map from the south end of MAP04, then head down further to get a soul sphere. (sector 2194)
- In the T-shaped hall, press the switch at the south end, then enter the northwest room. Use the switch at the west end, then head to the south end of the hall and take the teleporter. Head out of this room and head north, west all the way, then south. In this room, take the teleporter from the south end to get a megaarmor. (thing 302 via "secret trigger" thing 283)
