MAP06: And Then You Die is the sixth map of Necromantic Thirst. It was designed by Adrian Hanekom (DeathevokatioN), Michael Jan Krizik (valkiriforce), Ronald Lubbelinkhof (Dutch Devil), William Huber (WH-Wilou84) and Captain Toenail, and uses the music track "Patterns" by Chris Leeson (Psyrus), from 1000 Lines 3: Community Project.

Secrets[edit]

  1. Enter the water in the second area and use the east wall behind the teleporter. Take this teleporter to get shotgun shells, a shotgun, and medikits. (sector 2821)
  2. Outside at the west end, go towards the north door, then go south and east. Lower the metal wall for a chaingun. (sector 1537)
  3. In the northwest room, the switch at the south end will open a compartment to the north. Run across the crates for an ammo clip, a backpack, and a medikit. (sector 1574)
  4. In the hall that has two red keycards that rise up when you approach them, raise the north keycard, then leave the hall to the east. Head south, east, and drop south into the nukage. Run west and a room opens with a chaingun. Take the teleporter to the south and leave this corridor to return to the hall with the keycards. The north one should be raised, but to get this secret, you must run towards the raised keycard and it will lower before it rises. Grabbing this keycard will open the north wall which has a rocket launcher and a computer area map. (sector 798)
  5. In the computer room with the yellow exit door, head east from the steps and press a green button. Go behind that terminal to a lowering wall with a berserk pack. (sector 796)
  6. In the P-shaped room east of the computer room, go to the southwest corner and use the south wall to get a soul sphere. (sector 775)
  7. In the south sewers, enter the square room and use the southeast wall to get a berserk pack. (sector 789)
  8. In the east courtyard which is west of a large nukage pool, take the northwest door and head north. After entering this room, go back through the courtyard south and into the previous room, where there will be a new compartment to the northeast. Press the switch here, then quickly run into the west room, onto a crate. Go north northeast, crossing over a lowered crate, to get an energy cell pack. (sector 346)
  9. In the C-shaped nukage river, head south to the south teleporter and shoot the switch to the east before taking the teleporter out. A block raises in the middle of the nukage and you can use it to cross to the west. Use the north teleporter to take a soul sphere. (sector 1285)

Bugs[edit]

The following things have no flags set for any of the three difficulty classes, so they do not actually appear in the level:
