MAP06: Healer's Pass is the sixth map of Titan. It was designed by Jesper Krag Rasmussen (Ixnatifual) and uses the music track "Waltz of the Demons" by Robert Prince.

- In the southernmost room, after opening the north alcoves, enter the leftmost alcove and it will lower. Head west to get a plasma gun and energy cells. (sector 52)
- In the first cave with lava, drop south of the bridge and head south in the lava to get rockets, a rocket launcher, a radiation suit, and a stimpack. (sector 138)
- In the lava cave with platforms, go all the way to the west and take the steps. Turn around and find a small mouth switch in the ceiling. Shoot it, then quickly run back east, across the platforms all the way to the rightmost platform. Enter the teleporter before it closes to get armor bonuses and a soul sphere. (sector 154)
- At the entrance to the castle, jump south, onto the stalagmites and the rocks until you get to the southeast rock with armor bonuses and a backpack. (sector 618)
- Enter the castle and head northwest to the blood fountain. Jump to the top and dive to get fifteen health bonuses. (sector 447)
- In the west room of the castle, go through the fire wall to get health bonuses, armor bonuses, and shotgun shells. (sector 378)
- In the north room of the castle with the lava pits, open the east wall with slime to find health bonuses. Open the door at the end to get a shotgun, shotgun shells, and a megaarmor. (sector 607)
