MAP06: The Den is the sixth map of Plutonia 1024: The Plutinya Experiment. It was designed by Derek Pierson (Count651), and the par time defined in MAPINFO is 2:30.

Walkthrough[edit]
Essentials[edit]
Take the super shotgun in front of you and use it to kill a revenant in an alcove on your left (plus an imp and two zombiemen on Hurt Me Plenty (HMP) skill level or higher), then head north into a cavern with demons, Hell knights and shotgun guys/chaingunners. Go up the steps on the east side to get a rocket launcher, then enter either of the east tunnels and push past some imps to reach a door. Open the door to confront some spectres (plus a pain elemental on HMP or higher), then go to the west wall to find the blue skull key in a niche.
Return to the north-west cavern and kill an arch-vile and shotgun guy (or baron of Hell on HMP or higher) that have teleported in, then go up the steps on the west side to a lion switch and push it to open a barrier just below. Go through this barrier and turn left to see a chaingunner (or arch-vile on HMP or higher) guarding the exit teleporter.

- In the cave at the north-west end, use the higher ledge at the east side to jump north-west to the small alcove behind the vines, which contains a berserk pack. (sector 30)

- This level contains an unreachable sector (sector 11), which is nothing but an empty square measuring 1024 by 1024 units. It may have been used to visualize the maximum playable area of the map.
