MAP06: The Suburbs is the sixth map of Invasion II. It was designed by Paul Fleschute (Moe) and uses the music track "Anchor" by Mark Klem.

Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.


Other points of interest[edit]


  1. Head east from the starting building to the field with the plasma gun. Southwest of there, use the wall with slime to find a chaingun. (sector 202)
  2. Open the central section of Grants Public Library and head to the connecting hall between the left and center sections. Use the north wall to find boxes of rockets and a soul sphere. (sector 208)
  3. Head to the westernmost part of the left section of the library, then go to the bookshelf with a yellow banner on its left side. Open a wall slightly southwest of it and flip the switch to lower that bookshelf, which contains ammo and a megasphere. (sector 260)
  4. In the apartment complex at the northeast end, get to the room that has the megaarmor, then use the television to open the northwest wall which contains an invulnerability. (sector 587)
