Walkthrough[edit]
Essentials[edit]
At the start go forward, strafe right and continue along the corridor until you see stairs going down on your left. Follow them, then go up the stairs in front to reach an intersection. Go to the left, then enter the room to your left and collect the blue key on the right. Return to the intersection, go through the blue door on your left and enter the teleporter. Flip the switch ahead then go to the left and follow the path until you reach a teleporter. Take it, then move forward and enter the teleporter to your left. Place yourself parallel with the wall on your right, then go forward, past the stairs on the left and turn left at the end of the corridor to see a switch. Press it then retake the teleporter and go forward to arrive at the intersection. Turn left and go forward to reach the starting corridor. Go to the left, down the stairs and face right. To your left is the exit room, so take the teleporter inside to exit the level.

Secrets[edit]
- At the starting area, the wall to your right (west) is moldy. Press it to find a box of bullets, six health bonuses, three stimpacks, a medikit, a box of shotgun shells and a super shotgun. (sector 121)
- After going down the first set of stairs (as in the ones that lead east), look to your left (north) and press the wall in the northeastern corner of the area, next to the red torch. It will lower, revealing a megasphere. (sector 150) This secret also serves as a shortcut to the blue key area and can be opened from that area as well.
- At the intersection (southeast of secret #2), part of the western wall on the northwest nukage pool is slightly misaligned. Press it to find a box of shotgun shells, a berserk pack, and another super shotgun. (sector 78) Additionally, you can find a box of rockets on skills 1-3 and either an invulnerability (on skills 1-2) or a radiation shielding suit (on skill 3).
- In the blue key area, enter the room to the northeast. The northernmost part of the eastern wall is misaligned. Press it and follow the revealed corridor until you reach a computer area map. (sector 81)
Bugs[edit]
Some shells (thing 277) at the southwest lift leading out of the nukage will snap up to the window above when the lift moves. Fortunately, this window is not high enough to prevent picking up the ammo from below.
