MAP07: Arachnophobia is the seventh and final map of Italian Doom. It was designed by Alberto Sposito (Ismaele), Lorenzo Davia (Ultimate Lorenzo) and Leonardo Venturelli (BuzzBomber), and uses the music track "".

Secrets[edit]
- In the room before the red key room, you can get partial invisibility if you go into the west conveyor. (sector 768)
- In the Hellish cave at the west end, go on the perimeters and find two switches, which unlocks the teleporter in the cave. Take the teleporter to get a BFG9000, a megasphere, energy cell packs, and boxes of rockets. (sector 1267)
