Take the armor and shotgun then open the door in front of you to find two shotgun guys protecting a button, then press it to open the walls on either side and reveal a pack of imps guarding a rocket launcher, super shotgun and plasma gun. Go through the doorways either side of the super shotgun to find another button (guarded by an arch-vile on Hurt Me Plenty skill level or higher), press it then head back to the starting area to confront four revenants that have teleported in. Head around the outside of the starting room to find a supercharge then open the nearby door to enter a corridor with arch-viles, revenants and mancubi; they will teleport into a lethal trap upon seeing you. As you pass the second wall light in the corridor, your game will autosave and you will be teleported into an enclosed area.
Press the button in front of you to lower the surrounding walls, revealing an arena with revenants and mancubi; after killing them you will have to deal with a pack of demons, imps, Hell knights and revenants that teleport in from the corners. Once these monsters are killed, a supercharge will appear on the center pad and you will have to confront six (ten on Ultra-Violence and Nightmare) arachnotrons that teleport in and emerge from compartments on the east, south and west sides. Once the last arachnotron is killed, step on the center teleporter pad again to end the level.
