The level starts with you on an octagonal platform, surrounded by a walkway with two mancubi; on Hurt Me Plenty (HMP) skill level this is increased to four mancubi, and on Ultra-Violence (UV) and Nightmare (NM) they will be joined by eight imps. All the enemies start facing away from you, so grab the weapons and items around you before you start shooting.
Once all the mancubi are killed, the outer wall will lower to reveal revenants and arachnotrons standing on platforms; they will be joined by imps and demons that teleport in, along with two Hell knights on UV and NM. Killing the arachnotrons will raise steps below the six keys placed around the edge of the arena and allow an arch-vile to teleport in - take all the keys then flip the switch on the north side to reveal the exit teleporter, guarded by a pain elemental on HMP or higher.
Other points of interest
- The sector with the exit which requires all six keys is a secret and is impossible to miss. (sector 29)
