MAP07: Temple of Isis is the seventh map of the megawad Scythe 2. It was designed by Erik Alm and uses "egyp1.mid" from Hexen II, which is a modified version of the Heretic music track from E1M1: The Docks.

Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.


At the start, turn left and up the stairs, then turn right and move forward until you find a door. Open it and continue straight ahead to pick up the blue key. Retrace your steps to the entrance of the temple and enter it again. You should spot some blue torches to your right, they are marking the blue door. Open this door and grab the super shotgun to make mancubi spawn in the temple's courtyard. Kill them and the walls surrounding the courtyard will lower, revealing arachnotrons. Dispatch the monsters, then go back to the temple, moving forward until you're past the blue door. To your right a bridge has raised to the exit portal.


  1. In the starting room, lower the ravaged wall next to the door to reveal a chaingun and a berserk pack. (sector 112)
