MAP07: Underground Temple is the seventh map of Temple of the Lizard Men 2. It was designed by Alando1 and uses the music track "Bluff Eversmoking" by Michiel van den Bos, from Unreal.

- In the waterfall cave, southeast of the starting area, climb up the steps at the south part of the area until you reach the northeast part of it. Enter another cave and press on the small pole near the hanging body (both are near the entrance). Go back to the waterfall cave, and under the rocky steps, you will find an unlocked passage leading to shotgun shells, a universal translator, emerald runes, and health glasses. (sector 208)
- Go back to where the pole was and this time, head through the cave until you reach the stone hall to the south. Press the wall north of the candelabra to find more health glasses, another universal translator, and a health bonus. (sector 194)
- When you enter the large hall with the blue key from the east, climb on the high ground and press the east wall to reveal partial invisibility. (sector 646)
- After the water trap behind the red door, go to the room with the sun emblem on the floor (west of the trap) and press the south wall to reveal a hidden treasure with a grenade launcher and boxes of 40mm grenades along with a third, secret universal translator. (sector 866)
