MAP07: Village of Oceanus is the seventh map of Serpent: Resurrection. It was designed by Stephen Clark (The Ultimate DooMer) and uses the music track "".

Walkthrough

Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Secrets

1. There is a cave in the rock between the Broken Keel tavern and the building requiring the ruby key. Get into the water and look for an opening in front of the rocky wall, to enter a small icy grotto containing a bag of gold, a fléchette, four wild hounds and a way back into the Broken Keel. (sector 229)
2. A similar ice grotto may be found in the rock in the northeast of the map, accessed in a similar fashion. Here you can find a quartz flask, a power scroll and four giant rats. (sector 238)
3. On the opposite side in the northwest, another such grotto may be accessed through similar means, containing another quartz flask, two timebombs of the ancients and two giant spiders. (sector 249)
4. Behind the Broken Keel tavern, carefully navigate the narrow railing and rocks to obtain a fear scroll. (sector 1492)
5. Behind the building that requires the emerald key to enter, a pair of speed boots may be found.(sector 1493)
6. Finally, reach the back of the village hall to find a siren orb. (sector 1494)
