MAP08: Lactose Yard 16 is the eighth map of Constriction: 1024. It was designed by Dennis Meuwissen (Exl) and uses the music track "Fission Dance" by Brayden Hart (AD_79). The par time defined in UMAPINFO is 2:00.

- Outside, use the beige support wall to the west to find a monitor. Use it to lower a crate with a green armor behind you. (sector 134)
- At the southeast room, use the warning label at the south end, then leave to the north and get a chainsaw on a lowered crate. (sector 140)
