MAP09: Hadal Facility is the ninth map of Abscission. It was designed by Snaxalotl, who also composed the map's music track, which shares the title.

Secrets[edit]
- Head around the northeast cave and across the bridge to the middle building. Enter the east room and find the button on the west side. After using it, return to the northeast end of the map, head northeast, and into the passage to get a berserk pack, a soul sphere, a megaarmor, energy cells, and a box of rockets. (sector 340)
- At the loop at the west side, go to the bottom and shoot the switch to the north. Go to the north end of the loop and head north, taking this passage to a computer area map, energy cells, shotgun shells, health bonuses, a medikit, and a backpack. (sector 466)
