MAP09: Sarcophagus is the ninth map of Doomworld Maximum Project 2022. It was designed by The_SloVinator and uses the music track "The Dave D. Taylor Blues" by Robert Prince.

Other points of interest[edit]


  1. Leave the starting building and head to its east side. Lower the beige wall to get a stimpack, a medikit, and a chainsaw. (sector 255)
  2. Enter the water east of the starting building and go to the northeast corner. Look north and shoot the evil eye. Afterwards, go onto the nearby bridge and at the north end, get a chaingun from inside. (sector 52)
  3. At the terminal that requires the yellow key, lower a wall east of the terminal, then head through and south to get health bonuses, armor bonuses, and a box of ammo. (sector 128)
  4. At the northernmost end, go through the west wall to find a hidden switch. (sector 393)
  5. The switch at Secret #4 opens a new passage in the northeast room of the map. Head back there and go north to this passage to get a box of ammo and a box of shotgun shells. Flip the switch and head southeast to get a blur artifact. (sector 23)
