MAP09: Schloss Adler: The Castle of the Eagle is the second map of Eternal Doom IV. It was designed by Rex Claussen.

Secrets[edit]

  1. At the south end of the large round hall, head into the smaller hall and press on the west wall to find a teleporter to a soul sphere. (sector 781)
  2. Navigate through the cells near the southwest part of the map until you get to a switch that triggers a detonation in the wall. Head southeast and across to a courtyard which contains a chaingun, but before dropping into the courtyard, jump to the higher ground to the south and navigate the ledge to a teleporter which takes you to a light amplification visor. (sector 859)
  3. In the courtyard with the larger fountain, you may notice a shootable switch high up on the southwest corner. To get this secret, go to outer walkway of this courtyard and go all the way to the southeast end to find a lift. The shootable switch lowers the lift, so shoot it and take the lift up. Head west and look to the south to find a box of rockets, then take the teleporter and look south to find a berserk pack. (sector 1081)
