MAP10: Castle Fleshenstein is the tenth map of Flesharmonic. It was designed by Nixx and uses the music track "Atomic" by James Paddock (Jimmy), from Back to Saturn X.

Secrets[edit]
- Open the starting door and look northeast to see a switch. Shoot it and return to the starting room. Enter the southwest teleporter to get a super shotgun and a backpack. (sector 111)
- In the north room with barrels and red key, shoot either the southwest or southeast walls and a cyberdemon emerges from the north wall. Go behind that wall to get rockets and a megasphere. (sector 2311)
- In the west caves, go across the bridge at the north end to the west side, then go south and east to the candle. Open the north wall and follow the path, opening the wall at the end to get a megasphere. (sector 2479)
- At the south end of the actual castle, there is a pit with a spider mastermind, a BFG9000, and a berserk pack. (sector 3594)
- Get the yellow key, then head across the pit where Secret #4 is to two open doors. Enter the first room, then go to the northwest corner and press a switch hidden away to open an alcove with a soul sphere in the room. (sector 3677)
