Take the plasma gun and energy cells in front of you then head into the next room where three revenants will rise from the floor. Flip the switch on your left to lower the wall with two energy cell packs and step over it, then look north-west to see some imps teleporting in to a niche containing armor and a skull switch; pressing this switch will lower the floor and reveal two alcoves containing shotgun guys and Hell knights. Go into the north alcove to find a supercharge and a lion switch, which will lower the east wall to reveal a crowd of imps - step over the wall and collect a rocket launcher then head straight forward to a marble wall with a red demon face on it, which will open an alcove behind you containing four barons of Hell and a button. Press the button to lower a wall to the south and step over it, ready to kill two or three pain elementals that rise from the floor.
After killing the elementals, look east to see a blood pit with an arch-vile and super shotgun on the central platform - there is a lion switch on the north wall that will raise a bridge leading to the other side of the pit, but watch out for arachnotrons waiting on either side as well as mancubi that rise from the marble blocks on either side when you reach the arch-vile's platform. Head towards the east side of the bridge and kill any revenants that teleport in then head up the steps and go to the teleporter in front of you, which will send you to the arachnotron pen south of the bridge; the red skull key is in front of you, but you will need to get past some imps and demons to reach it. Step back on the teleporter and head back across the bridge, then return to the wall with the red demon face you saw earlier to find a switch that will lower another wall to the south and allow one or two more arch-viles to teleport in. Step over the wall you just lowered to find a BFG9000 in front of a switch and flip it, kill the cacodemons that teleport in nearby then step over the wall (collecting a megasphere as you do so) to enter an arena consisting of nine small squares.
Go to the middle square and kill any nearby barons then press the skull switch on the south-west column to open the surrounding alcoves, which contain groups of knights and revenants along with one or two cyberdemons - another megasphere (or supercharge on Ultra-Violence and Nightmare skill levels) has been placed in the cyberdemons' alcove to help you. Once everything is dead, enter the middle alcove on the west side and press the gargoyle switch to open the opposite alcove containing two or four arch-viles and allow some pain elementals to teleport in. Inside the arch-viles' alcove is a satyr switch - pressing it will open some bars nearby, allowing you to enter the white teleporter pad in the middle of the level.
The white teleporter will return you to the starting point, where two walls have opened to reveal a set of steps. Climb the steps and press the skull switch at the top to open the door opposite it, revealing another arch-vile - kill it along with the knights and revenants waiting ahead (plus two more arch-viles on Hurt Me Plenty skill level or higher) then head due west to a pentagram teleporter. The pentagram will send you to a death exit, and the level will automatically end on death.
