MAP11: Brig is the eleventh map of Daedalus: Alien Defense. It was designed by Dale Harris (Cadman) and uses the music track MM_06.MID by Rich Nagel.

Because the map contains a large amount of enemies, and more are spawned on each visit, it is advisable to keep the number of visits to an absolute minimum. In addition, because the map contains many high-hitpoint enemies and relatively little health and ammo, widespread exploration is not recommended.
Be warned that you will immediately be greeted by two chaingunners on entry. Once you have dealt with them, turn right at the 'crossroads' in front of the travel tube and head for the small door ahead and slightly to the right - this is the power room. Once inside, press the green button to open the microgen room, walk up to the microgen to replace it, then restore power by pressing the red button.
Return to the 'crossroads' and go straight across it, down the stairs into a tall green and white room. Open the door and you will find yourself in a tall shadowy room with a large cage containing barons. At the far end, there is a vertical travel tube to Scout Bay. Activate it and enter.
Other points of interest
The vertical travel tube to Armory can be found down the staircase in the south-eastern corner of the map's central hub. Visiting it is entirely optional.
- Head northwest from the central room. Press the red switch on the west side and quickly run east and into the south room with the megaarmor. (sector 771)
