MAP11: Death Blossom is the eleventh map of Piña Colada. It was designed by Death Bear and uses the music track "Neon Glitter" by Dial-up for Murder.

Secrets[edit]
- On the walkway to the west of the starting point, head south and east. At the last of the metal columns, find the silver part that is on the left side and use it. This lowers the soul sphere pillar to the east. (sector 564)
- Go to the southeast rock formation and climb it to the top. Press the switch there, which lowers a BFG9000 to the west. (sector 566)
