MAP11: Doorway is the eleventh and final map of Last Day on Earth. It was designed by Laurent Remy (Mekka) and uses a MIDI rendition of "Karma Police" by Radiohead as its music track.

- Open the yellow door and go to the red door. After doing this, enter the southeast room and open the north wall with black squares to find medikits. (sector 66)
