MAP11: Quaker Plumbing Inc. is the eleventh map of MAYhem 2016. It was designed by Justin Kelly (Breezeep) and uses the music track from stage 1 of The Ninja Warriors Again, composed by Hiroyuki Iwatsuki.

Secrets[edit]
- At the southeast end, in an area with two nukage pools, enter the right one and find a switch at the southeast end. Shoot it, then head north and east from there to find a teleporter. After teleporting, head west and north to get a soul sphere. (sector 313)
- In Secret #1, there is another hidden switch at the northwest. Shoot it, then leave the area with the teleporter you came from. When you teleport, head north this time, then a bit northwest. To the south is another teleporter. Take it to get a megaarmor. (sector 503)
