MAP11: Radiation Sickness is the eleventh map of Necromantic Thirst. It was designed by Adrian Hanekom (DeathevokatioN) and William Huber (WH-Wilou84), and uses the music track "Isosceles" by Chris Leeson (Psyrus), from 1000 Lines 3: Community Project.

Secrets[edit]
- Take the bridge at the start and north to two terminals. Use the right one to open the left one. Enter the teleporter here to telefrag the mancubus. (sector 2921)
- In the southwest room, go east to the nukage river, then immediately turn north and climb up the wall here. When you get to the torch, a button appears. Shoot it to open a wall to the south, containing a backpack, a box of rockets, and a medikit. (sector 1658)
- Head to the room with crates west of the central room, then climb the south crates to the top. Use the crate that connects with the ceiling here to find a hidden switch, which creates a block at the northwest terminal. If you have not opened it yet, flip the switch south of the terminal to open it. Use the block to enter the compartment behind the terminal to open an alcove with a computer area map and a rocket. (sector 4751)
- The switch that opens the northwest terminal in the aforementioned room also opens a teleporter south of the switch. Enter, then use the northeast wall to open bars to the south. To get there, head south from the central room and on the lift to the east. Ride up and get the rocket launcher and rockets to the north. (sector 103)
- Re-enter the teleporter that led to the area behind Secret #4. Quickly look southwest and shoot the switch before it closes. Drop down and go south to the rising wall. Use the blue stripe and ride the wall up to get a megaarmor, box of shotgun shells, and health bonuses. (sector 649)
