MAP11 is the eleventh and final map of BloodRust. It was designed by Simon Judd (sirjuddington) and uses the music track "Thin Ice" by David Shaw (Tolwyn).

- In the yellow key room, open the northwest wall near a door and flip the switch behind it. Go back to the L-shaped hall west of here and enter the open room at the west side. Inside is a medikit, energy cell packs, and a BFG9000. (sector 555)
