MAP11 is the first map of Return to Purgatory. It was designed by James Wilson (Shade) and uses the music track "Dark" by Kevin Schilder, from Heretic.

Secrets[edit]
- In the east area, take the steps from the west door and head to the south wall. Press it to lower it and ride the wall up. Go to the south ledge to find a berserk pack, a green armor (megaarmor on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower), a backpack, health bonuses, ammo, and stimpacks. The three secret ledges here are all connected via hallways. (sector 120)
