MAP12: Azure Portal is the twelfth map of The Lost Magic. It was designed by Vortale and uses the music track "Terror Firma" by Nathan Maxx (Lippeth), from TNT: Evilution MIDI Pack. The par time is 5:45.

Secrets[edit]
- Enter the south section of the map and in this entrance hall, go to the east side of the central structure and use it to get health bonuses and a super shotgun. (sector 388)
- In the south area, go to the middle, look southeast and shoot at the red light. Quickly run northwest through the open wall before it closes to get a jade wand (megasphere on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower) and power emeralds. (sector 391)
- At the west side of the first area, open the middle wall and shoot the crystal. If you shot the other four crystals at the exit teleporter, head to the east side of the first area where the middle wall will be open, containing power jewels, power emeralds, and an emerald staff. (sector 401)
