MAP12: Cogent Madness is the twelfth map of Piña Colada 2. It was designed by BluePineapple72, who also composed its music track "Bucket List".

Secrets[edit]
- Open the doors west of the start, and the bars after them. Go to where the south door was and flip the small switch on the north wall there to lower the rock to the west with a megasphere. (sector 215)
- In the blood below Secret #1, head south to a switch. Go behind the switch to find another megasphere. (sector 213)
- In the south hall, find the red pillar without a skull and use it. Head east to the opening bars to get a megasphere. (sector 48)
